Can I set Password security on the Survey where each respondent has a unique ID (Employee ID, etc.) and respondents / participants should only be able to access the survey using this Unique ID?
Yes, you can set this up using the Participant ID option from the Survey Authentication Options.
Step 1: Create New Email List
Go To:
- Login » Surveys » Send Survey » Manage Email Lists

Step 2: Upload Participant ID (Tokens)
From the Advanced collapse menu, select the Participant ID (Tokens) option under Custom Data Format
In the text box, enter the data as shown in the screenshot below. Format is: Participant ID (Tokens)

You can also upload data directly from CSV/Excel file.
Step 3: Set up Survey Authentication
Go to:
- Login » Surveys » (Select Survey) » Survey Control » Security
Select the Participant ID option from under Survey Authentication Options.

Select the list for which you have uploaded Participant ID (Tokens) and save the changes.

When respondents try to access the Survey, they will need to enter their Participant ID (Token).

How can I restrict respondents from taking the the Survey Multiple times?
You can restrict multiple responses from the same respondents by enabling ABBS (Anit Ballot Box Stuffing) option. For more information please see Additional References.
